Day 1
Bucharest Airport - Moeciu (170 km)
Meet at Bucharest airport.
Transfer by van along the scenic Prahova
valley, through the picturesque ski resorts.

Day 2
Bran Castle and Rasnov Fortress
Descend gradually 14 kilometers to the famous Bran Castle, 15 Kilometers from our accommodation. A wonderful 9 kilometers follows
through the open field, to Rasnov Visit the 14th century fortress of Rasnov.
Another 35 kilometer to Sinca, our final destination for this day.

Day 3
Between The Transylvanian Alps and Olt river
The 40 kilometer road takes you through the peaceful villages at the feet of The Fagaras Mountains Transylvanian Alps) No major uphill today
On the evening we
arrive to a 3***Hotel in the Sambata Valley (Saturday valley)
Visit the Sambata monastery - a marvelous piece of Romanian eclectic

Day 4
The Transylvanian rolling hills
Today you will cycle deeper into the heart of Transylvania.
This area has the largest density of medieval forts in the whole Europe. Every other town has it's own walled churches built 600 or 500 years ago.
In the evening arrive at Sighisoara - UNESCO World Heritage Site - the medieval town where Prince Vlad Dracula was born in 1431.
Have dinner at Dracula's House, in the very house where he lived.

Day 5
Round trip to Biertan
Biertan is one of the masterpieces of "fortified churches" in Transylvania, built between 1486 and 1524 on the premises of an older church.
The roundtrip takes about 3 hours, on a fairly leveled road

Day 6
The Szekely land
Cycle 46 kilometers to Sovata. The szekely land is a superb area, with a different culture and traditions. The road passes through traditional villages, on a slow ascent towards the Sovata town.

Day 7
The Praid salt mine
Visit the salt mine in Praid.
The trip continues with a 50 kilometers road to Odorheiu Secuiesc.
Drive back to Moeciu
