	What are the tour departure dates
	You can choose any date to start your tour. Since we run our tours upon request we can adapt to your schedule. We offer you this total flexibility to choose your best arrival date. Check out our departures schedule and book your tour on your preferred time Note that you can request departures on any other dates beside the fixed dates from our departures calendar.
	Can I customize my tour?
	Yes our tours are completely flexible, and you can modify them. Please let us know your preferences and our team will create special tours for you.
	How large the groups are?
	Group size - We prefer to handle small groups with personalized itineraries, quality service and more value for your travel money. We run tours even for 2 participants. Typically 4-7 participants and will never surpass 12 unless for a privately reserved or custom tour.
	Health risks : Rabies, typhoid and encephalitis are present in Romania; vaccinations should be considered. 	Is there any extra charge?
	No hidden costs. We never surprise a participant with undisclosed costs such as extra equipment, entrance fees, transfer fees, parking fees or any other fees needed on tour. All our inclusions are stated up front

	Do I have to pay the tour before I go?
	No! We never ask for a full payment before arrival. A trip deposit is required to reserve your place. This is a 300 Euro (or equivalent) that you can pay securely online. Pay Pal, Visa and Master Card are accepted
	How do I reserve my place?
	To reserve your tour please follow the 3 steps described in our How to book your tour section. Choose your tour.. Pay the trip deposit.. Receive the confirmation
	What if I need to cancel my tour?
	In case you need to cancel your tour with more than 60 days before departure day, the trip deposit is fully refundable, except the money transfer tax applicable. If you need to cancel your trip less than 60 days before departure the deposit is no longer refundable.
