You can choose any date to start your tour. Since we run our tours upon request we can adapt to your schedule. We offer you this total flexibility to choose your best arrival date.
Yes our tours are completely flexible, and you can modify them. Please let us know your preferences and our team will create special tours for you.
The group size - We prefer to handle small groups with personalized itineraries, quality service and more value for your travel money. We use to run private tours even for 2 participants. Typically 4-7 participants and will never surpass 12 unless for a privately reserved or custom tour.
Price inclusions & discounts. We provide all the gear and equipment, bikes, boats, etc.) and is all included in price. No hidden costs. We never surprise a participant with undisclosed costs such as extra equipment (bicycles and helmets..) needed on tour. All our inclusions are stated up front.ԯurs prices are based on double occupancy, but single supplements are also available. Adventure Transylvania offers special discounts for group booking. So please contact us for your special group prices

How to book your tour
Trip deposits In order to reserve your tour a deposit of 100 Euro / person is required, payable by Western Union or bank transfer to our bank account. See payments information In case of trip cancellation 15 days prior to departure the trip deposit is refundable, except the money transfer tax applicable. We will send you the deposit via Western Union network. If you need to cancel your trip less than 15 days before departure the deposit is no longer refundable.

Refunds for services not used Our tours are sold as package. Credit cannot be given for services not used by a client. This includes accommodation, meals, or any other arrangements not used or performed for any reason, including acts of God.
Medical insurance we recommend all clients carry medical insurance to cover hospital or any medical expenses and loss of baggage or personal belongings.
Health
By paying your trip deposit, you certify that you do not have any physical condition or disability that would create a hazard for you or other travelers. Adventure Transylvania reserves the right to decline accepting any travelers whose health or actions impede the operation of the trip or the welfare or the enjoyment of fellow travelers. Your information package will cover basic requirements, but we recommend that you consult your doctor prior to departure
Responsibility - As a client, you have specific responsibilities to Adventure Transylvania and to other tour members, which includes:

We reserve the right to refuse to continue to carry any passenger causing inconvenience or annoyance to other passengers or creating difficulties that would hamper the smooth running of a trip. Assumption The passenger understands that during the course of the trip, certain risks and dangers may occur, including but not limited to, the hazards of traveling in mountains terrain, accidents and illness in remote places, and forces of nature. The passenger agrees to assume all risks associated with the journey, and agrees that no liability will be attached to the company or to its outfitters, employees or agents, or to any member of the tour group in respect of any loss or damage during the course of trip, howsoever caused.
