Pick up from Bucharest airport.
Drive a long the scenic Prahova valley, through the picturesque mountain resorts of Sinaia and Predeal.
Visit Bran Castle - built around year 1377 as part of the Transylvanian defense ring, the castle is a "must see" that's often referred to as the mythical Dracula's castle.

Mountain biking in the Carpathians
After breakfast in main base transfer to Fundata, a superb mountain village.
From here we take the bikes for a 18 Kim tour, mostly on forestry roads passing through traditional Romanian mountain villages
After less than 3 hours of pedaling we reach the Dambovicioara Valley and it's beautiful gorges.

Medieval castles in Transylvania
Visit the 14th century Rasnov fortress - founded around 1225 by German Teutonic Knights. The superb location of this fortress allows us a great view over the surrounding mountains.
Brasov - medieval city. Great sites to visit as The Black Church, the main square, the old defense walls that are still well preserved on the south and west side of the old city the watch towers and the narrowest street in Europe are just a few points on this day's agenda.
Optionally there is a 2-hour trekking tour to the Tampa peak (the Tampa peak is located in the very heart of Brasov providing an amazing view over the surrounding area.
Drive to Sighisoara medieval town - UNESCO World Heritage Site - this is where the real prince Vlad Dracula was born in 1431. You will have the chance to have dinner in the house where Dracula was born

Sighisoara city tour in the morning.
Visit the Clock Tower, the symbolic tower of Sighisoara. Then the creepy prison and torture chamber. Climb the 176 covered stairs to get to the Hill Church erected in the 14th century using an older church and a defensive tower.
Visit The fortified Church of Biertan - a UNESCO World Heritage site. Biertan was the Evangelical Episcopal See for 300 years (1572 - 1867). The church holds an impressive door of the vestry, built in 1515, and awarded in 1900 at the Paris World Exhibition.
Overnight at Moeciu
Cycling to Prejmer - UNESCO World Heritage Site
This is a 45 Kilometers trip on mostly flat terrain, through rural Transylvania.
The destination is Prejmer Church - Fortress.
This is one of the strongest church-fortress in Transylvania. Included on the World Heritage list in 1999
Drive back to Moeciu for the night
Hiking the western ridge of Bucegi mountains
This hiking trip will take us through the scenic Gutanu Meadow up to the Batrana saddle. Then the trail follows the ridge to the sheepfolds at the Thieves Stone Here we can enjoy the extraordinary landscape. Than we descend to the Pestera Hotel for the night. www.pestera.ro

The Ialomita Cave
Visit the Ialomitza Cave, and the little monastery inside the cave. Then our route continues on a old sheep trail up to the ridge until we reach the Strunga saddle. From this point the downhill takes about 2 hours until we get to the forestry road of Moeciu.
Duration 5 hours, ascent 300 meters, descent 800 meters.
